Description

A full-fledged miniature Kamidana "Wankomiya". Normally, the guardian dog stands still in the shrine's precincts with a brave expression, but Wankomiya's "Komadog" has a cute face and sitting straight up. Even if it looks cute, it will properly drive away evil and gently watch over you.

A shimenawa is drawn on the door. The shimenawa is a traditional shrine icon that represents the sacred place (Wankomiya) beyond it.

There is a Omikuji in the Wanko, so let's fortune-telling as soon as it arrives.Omikuji is written in four countries, Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese, so it is also recommended as a gift for foreigners. You can put small amulets, Omikuji, and lucky charms inside the palace. There is an acrylic plate on the front, so it is always beautiful without dust.

The main body of the palace is made from cypress wood produced in Gifu prefecture, and is slowly made at the Kamidana workshop in the mountains. Innocent cypress is a small but authentic "Kamidana" with the warmth of "smooth" wood. "Shimenawa" and Wanko are also hand-painted one by one.

"Wankomiya" is said to protect itself from disasters. If you put it in a corner of the room and pray for happiness and put your hands together, your heart will always be calm.

・What is Wanko?
The barking of dogs in Japan is "Wanwan" or "Wanwan". "Wanko" is used as a way of calling with the attachment of "dog". In the case of a cat, it is "Nyanko".

・About Komainu.
Being on the approach to the shrine or on the veranda of the main shrine, it is the existence that protects the shrine by purifying evil spirits. The right side is called "A-GYOU" with an open mouth, and the left side is called "UN-GYOU" with a closed mouth. There are left and right sides, so be careful not to make a mistake when installing it on the Kamidana. There are various variations in the design depending on the shrine.

・About Kamidana.
The Kamidana is a place in the house where the bills and amulets received at the shrine are carefully enshrined. Shinto is a religion that has been around for a long time in Japan, and is a polytheistic religion that finds many gods in nature and various things around us (a religion with many gods). You can use it as an interior without putting a god tag or amulet inside, or you can put your own important things inside.
